As part of Jaguar Land Rover’s employee engagement programme, I created the branding for their overall Reward and Recognition scheme – starting with an internal campaign to find the next Jaguar Land Rover Global Technician of the Year.
I was the lead designer from pitch to final execution, for two annual events in which technicians from all over the world took part. I produced the branding, print assets and art directed two photoshoots at Jaguar Land Rover’s training academy.
Post-event, I created a 100+ page toolkit on how to run localised events, which was sent to global markets in 16 languages.
